There are 3 ways to register

1) Download and PRINT this form.  Mail it to us at the address included on the form.  You can either mail your donation with the form or make it the day of the event,. 

2) Download and SAVE this form.  Fill it out, then email it to us at parade@bassetandbeagle.org.  You can make your donation the day of the event.

3) Fill out the online form at this link.  You can make your donation the day of the event.
